Nature des prestations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ad5bddd64c6ba966883210ce1b845522\">WebAmbition propose notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5618af2454a1833f3464479be8827bfb\">la cr\u00e9ation et refonte de sites web WordPress,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1037a054acc8ac782174741ba333cc8e\">des prestations de maintenance,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-439d0647a855418ba33ab738f18739d8\">un accompagnement technique et organisationnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cbfb3fc40e517a1cd690fcf1ddd7ac71\">Le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre exact de chaque mission est d\u00e9fini dans un&nbsp;<strong>devis personnalis\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b65762529463dc62e5b8e9d623385156\">3. Conditions de d\u00e9marrage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d36d51ef75df131592ad607a4ca0d533\">Aucune prestation ne d\u00e9bute sans :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b8855053b039647b56eda036eeb0bcc1\">validation \u00e9crite du devis,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f2cfa64e5bef9d395de6debf88d33d53\">acceptation des CGV compl\u00e8tes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d0eb6bf0b87b1daba013bdcc2dd6c132\">paiement de l\u2019acompte pr\u00e9vu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0a39e5756f2477f4b52846aeb80e9254\" style=\"line-height:1.4\">Les \u00e9ventuels frais externes (h\u00e9bergement, nom de domaine, licences, th\u00e8mes, extensions) restent \u00e0 la charge du client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-65b6906ab1e688f139a825eb93cd4dbd\">4. D\u00e9lais et collaboration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7756434cd2e771533890c2c370853a82\">Les d\u00e9lais de r\u00e9alisation sont indicatifs et d\u00e9pendent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-943f2e21d113c216a40cd42c9316fd01\">de la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 du client,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8ba0ed49f55862c0a929fcb8c7f07c63\">de la transmission des contenus n\u00e9cessaires,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-43dff5d5dafa121085469144bdce9b46\">des validations interm\u00e9diaires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-47831ad8033a03ee41d6edab197164b7\">Tout retard dans la transmission des \u00e9l\u00e9ments prolonge automatiquement les d\u00e9lais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d0dd978aa3667637305d8ec034ff29d9\">5. Obligation de moyens<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-85e17e8c55708cbe571f33fcd2c5ebcd\" style=\"line-height:1.4\">WebAmbition est tenue \u00e0 une&nbsp;<strong>obligation de moyens<\/strong>, et non de r\u00e9sultat.<br>Aucune garantie n\u2019est donn\u00e9e concernant :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-86c50bc7622e6412a6710dd07dc100a1\">le chiffre d\u2019affaires,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d93ccd1a6882cf0c0eb433d1642bd6ca\">le trafic,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-aead91d57383fae7f4ef7a983986af91\">le positionnement sur les moteurs de recherche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-89d77a8e4e0158ef98a7a9aa187799ef\">6. Responsabilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-caea42e29967c7d5d28a24a84d67131a\" style=\"line-height:1.4\">La responsabilit\u00e9 de WebAmbition est strictement limit\u00e9e au montant de la prestation concern\u00e9e.<br>Elle ne saurait \u00eatre engag\u00e9e en cas de dysfonctionnement li\u00e9 \u00e0 des services tiers (h\u00e9bergement, plugins, th\u00e8mes, mises \u00e0 jour).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a30ae62d1177ed6722b8510943116f84\">7. Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 et acc\u00e8s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2e8f4e26c0ea4296bda17ae59659334b\" style=\"line-height:1.4\">Les acc\u00e8s administrateur et livrables sont transmis apr\u00e8s paiement complet.<br>Le client dispose d\u2019un droit d\u2019usage du site livr\u00e9, conform\u00e9ment aux conditions d\u00e9finies dans les CGV compl\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c4921bc945754a360c0c8c6f7dc4ceb3\">8. Textes l\u00e9gaux et donn\u00e9es personnelles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c1653e6a5afe018b02b30898e533cae9\" style=\"line-height:1.4\">Le client reste responsable de la conformit\u00e9 l\u00e9gale de son activit\u00e9 (RGPD, cookies, mentions l\u00e9gales).<br>WebAmbition n\u2019assure pas le r\u00f4le de conseil juridique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4fc07f8c0d0bc0c888d01b8a16e168c5\">9.
